Multiply The Ministry!

During our last trip to Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya it became very apparent, once again, that the practical, realistic way to win the world for Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God is to undergird and help the Pastors and Evangelists out in the bush country, the rural village areas of the countries. This is called “spiritual guerilla warfare”. That’s how Jesus operated. He said in Mark 1:38 - “Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth”. He went about “all Galilee” (out to the countryside) it says in Matthew 4:23. In Luke 19:20 Jesus said – “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” Jesus went to where the people were, and in the underdeveloped countries of the world, 85% of the people are farmers and merchants living out in the countryside. We had 700 Christian leaders in Tanzania, 420 in Uganda and 125 in Kenya in our conferences. Most of these leaders either walked or rode on public transportation (which they couldn’t afford) to get to the meetings. Can you imagine equipping these soul winners so that they are freed up to present the Gospel throughout the whole countryside! It can be done! We can’t do everything for them that’s needed but there is one critical and crucial thing that we can do.
We can . . . . . . . . . . . .

Multiply The Ministry Through Motorbikes

Through the grace of God, funds were provided that enabled us to buy a motorbike for Pastor/Evangelist Steven Mshomi in Moshi,Tanzania. The bike is now being used by him and his Pastor friends to go to the rural, off the beaten track village areas, where even autos can’t go. Pastor Mshomi now has transportation that is cheaper than a car and he is going to share it with his “team of Pastors and Evangelists”. He is so thrilled to have this motorbike that he sent us his picture which you can see. The bike and helmet cost $1200 and will free Steven and his associates up to greatly multiply the ministry! Easter is coming up and the Lord has impressed upon my spirit to believe God for 100 motorbikes in the coming year from Easter to Easter. Maybe you would like to participate in this great opportunity to “Multiply the Ministry through Motorbikes” in East Africa. The Muslim extremists just bombed Nairobi with grenades but they can’t get to our men and women contacts out in the villages. We can spread the Gospel throughout Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania through our wonderful people out there. I think of Pastor Titus Soita in Mbale, Uganda where he has been faithful to preach for many years in the countryside. He is getting old and cannot walk as far any more. He sent us an E-mail asking for a motorbike if we could possibly get him one. Then there is Bishop Augustine Wandera also in Uganda with no transport - a blessed man who oversees churches but is lacking the means to efficiently administrate them. I could name hundreds of our ministry friends there who have a great heart for the work of evangelism but are lacking the means to carry it out. Daniel Maina Njuguna in Naivasha, Kenya, who we bought a suit for, is rarin’ to go for the Lord in reaching out to the unsaved. We recently sent him $100 and he took the money and bought needed microphones for his church. In Pakistan we have been sending $100/mo to Evangelist Sohail Peter in Lahore, Pakistan. It is amazing what this one man is doing on foot. All I can say is that his ministry would be multiplied 100 fold with a motorbike. Look at the tremendous ministry pictures enclosed! Can you pray and consider making a faith promise or pledge to supply a motorbike by Easter of 2013? Maybe you can do it sooner or maybe you want to buy 10 or 20 of them, but whatever the case, we will see that they get directly to our people in the field. PASTOR STEVEN MSHOMI WITH MOTORBIKE We are joined together in this Great Commission by our Lord Jesus Christ. We can do it because He says in Matthew 28: 18-19 – “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, ‘All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore and teach all nations’…….” What better way to “go” than by motorbike for these great warriors of the faith! Thank you for your prayers, faith, and support.

In His love and service,
